Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Hunttec account and the personal information associated with it. Sign in with the account you want deleted, then submit the prefilled deletion request through our secure contact form.

What happens next

1. We verify the request and may contact you for information needed to confirm your identity.
2. We identify active subscriptions, cameras, shared access, and app installations associated with the account.
3. We confirm any subscription or device-service consequences before completing the deletion.
4. After verification, we delete or de-identify eligible account and personal information and notify you when the request is complete.

Information that may be retained

Some billing, transaction, security, backup, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Information that cannot be deleted immediately will be isolated from normal use and retained only for the applicable purpose.
